Fees & Payments

School Fees

Invoices for school fees will be emailed to families at the start of each year, or when students enrol. Payment of school fees, excursion/incursion charges and costs for extra-curricular activities such as after school sports and SAPSASA can be made by the following options:

  • Qkr! App (click here for more information about setting up Qkr!)
  • BPOINT
  • or in person at the front office.

All payments must be made prior to students taking part in events or excursions.

Families are encouraged to make a tax-deductible donation of $50.00 to the School Building Fund and $50.00 to the School Library Fund.

A receipt for all school payments will be issued via email. Receipts for payments via Qkr! can also be accessed within the app for families to confirm payments.

Families who wish to pay by cash are asked to provide the correct amount, as change is not available on site.

Payment of School Fees

Payments may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly and debited from a bank account or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

Parents or caregivers who are experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to discuss available options with a member of the leadership team. To arrange a conversation, please contact the Business Manager via email dl.1036.finance@schools.sa.edu.au

Low-income families with children attending government schools can apply for financial assistance with materials and services charges through the School Card scheme.
