This will be followed by another bus ride to the early colonial settlement of Handorf to explore the way of life of early settlers in South Australia, specifically the German immigrants. The bus ride to and from Handorf will provide students with an understanding of the 35 km distance that the early German women regularly walked to sell their produce.
